@mrgarvey has set a challenge for the month of June, to see who can hang for the longest.

The winner will get a free 1-2-1session with the man himself @mrgarvey .

Rules:

1. Must have an active monthly membership for the month of June

2. Must be overseen by a Boodline Coach/ front desk (do it before or after a class)

3. One entry / attempt per member

4. Session to take place the following month (July) and be booked with @mrgarvey

5. DM @mrgarvey your time and write it on the white board in the gym

6. Once your feet touch the floor or bench time is up.

@lox_fit_rp is a qualified S&C Coach who specialises in improving athletic performance with sports specific training methods.

He has worked with a variety of elite athletes from footballers, fighters and dancers.

This workshop offers an in-person small group training session over course of 8 weeks, where you will learn correct form and technique, build on compound and complex movements to support your Muay Thai Kickboxing training and improve you overall strength and fitness.

There is only 10 spaces available and it is open to all levels.

@dwytnblck and Tommy fought at the all new, much talked about @hitman_fightleague fight show. This was an epic show and it was great to be a part of the first ever hitman league. Thanks for having us and looking after our fighters on the day and the run up to the show. Looking forward to the next one.

@j.gravesande8 Never fails to disappoint, this upcoming fighter continues to shake up his weight category with his unwavering dedication to training. He takes no prisoners and secured a unanimous win against a game opponent with his slick moves, punches in bunches and ability to dig deep when it counts. Well done @j.gravesande8

@dwytnblck added another notch to his winning streak, securing the win against a seasoned opponent. Again showcasing his talent, ring craft and elite level of fitness.

We saw a strong round one from Tommy, but unfortunately he was stopped in the 2nd round, due to an illegal knee to the head followed by a punch. We win or we learn and though we didn't come away with the result we wanted we are super proud of Tommy and are glad that he is OK. Looking forward to seeing Tommy back training and in the ring soon.

A massive shout out and thanks to Paul, everyone that brought tickets, watched online and the team mates that helped during training camps. A big thanks also to the corner team @arnoldoborotov @fharhan_m1 @yusufalitaleb @phil_bloodline_casper for getting our fighters ready during camp being there on the day.
