COVID -19 terms for members

You understand that as a member or PT client, any time you enter Bloodline Gym or engage with a Bloodline Gym Instructor you are fully responsible for your own personal health and any risk of contracting any and all viruses or illnesses. In the time of a pandemic, Bloodline Gym undertakes to follow all government guidelines and to put in place strict cleaning and hygiene measures, to observe the recommended social distancing practices where possible and to do everything in its power to keep all its staff, members and clients safe.

You the member understand that you are morally obligated to be truthful with Bloodline Gym when asked about the state of your health and any symptoms that suggest you should be avoiding contact with others, and not to enter facilities should this be the case. You the member also attest that to the best of your knowledge you have not been in contact with anyone with a known case of a COVID-19. You understand that you may be refused entry to the facility if you are deemed to be at risk of having symptoms of COVID-19 or any other virus that is ruled a pandemic risk.

You the member completely absolve Bloodline Gym and any and all of it’s staff, employees and partners of any liability and responsibility for any illness, injury or death due to any virus that may or may not have been contracted while in contact with Bloodline Gym staff or on Bloodline Gym premises. You also commit to contacting Bloodline Gym should you at any point realise you do have symptoms of COVID-19 or any other virus classified a pandemic risk, so that Bloodline Gym staff can safeguard and track anyone you have been in contact with.

Bloodline Gym Terms and Conditions including Health/Medical Declaration

1. Our Classes

1.1 Our classes will not always be the same. In order to ensure your physical development, our classes, even those of the same type, will vary in their content so that the physical activity in each class will be different. We do not guarantee that you will always have the same instructor and our instructors may choose to incorporate teaching from several physical practices into one class.

1.2. If you advise us of an aspect of your state of health or fitness which may mean that it is not safe for you to continue a class, we may ask you to stop participating in the class.

2. Health risks and disclaimer

2.1 You acknowledge that:

(a) to the best of your knowledge, you suffer from no medical or physical condition or disability that will or might increase the normal risks associated with Muay-Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, PT, Fitness &Conditioning, Bag Circuit

Training or Sparring Classes; and

(b) any form of contact sport, including Muay-Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, PT, Fitness &Conditioning, Bag Circuit Training and Sparring Classes, carries a risk of serious injury;

(c) you are responsible for monitoring your own physical and medical condition, including during physical exercise

(d) will use equipment correctly, safely, and as instructed

(e) sports injury insurance is available, and that it is your responsibility to organise this if you so wish

(f) if you are physically or verbally abusive to the trainers, assistants or other patrons, or if you behave in a manner inconsistent with the coaches’ instructions or are overtly aggressive or abusive to other patrons in a manner that our coaches do not believe to be sporting, you will be asked to leave immediately.

2.2 You must inform us, as soon as possible, if:

(a) you feel any pain or discomfort during a class; or

(b) you feel that any exercise included in a class would be unsafe or uncomfortable for you.

2.3 We may in our sole discretion prohibit you from participating in a class; and you must comply with all of our instructions in relation to our classes.

3. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

3.1 We are responsible to you for foreseeable personal injury (including serious injury or death), loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for personal injury (including serious injury or death), loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any personal injury (including serious injury or death), loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Personal injury (including serious injury or death), loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time this contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us.

3.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

3.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assign, waive and release any and all rights to any claim for damages you may or might have against KO Bloodline LTD or its staff, instructors or coaches for any injury or damage suffered by you during my participation in, and/or arising from, any sports activity (including Muay-Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, PT, Fitness &Conditioning, Bag Circuit Training and Sparring) organised or provided by KO Bloodline LTD.

3.3 Instructors’ liability. The limitations and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions act to limit and exclude the liability of KO Bloodline LTD staff, employees, agents, instructors and any other person authorised by KO Bloodline LTD to represent them as an associated party.

4. Images

4.1  I grant full rights to use the images resulting from any photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for the purposes of Bloodline Gym improving its services and developing its service offering. This includes (but is not limited to), the right to use the images in Bloodline’s Gym printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and for funding applications.

Governing Law

4.1 These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts.

I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions laid out above.

Membership/Class Participants Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the client, and KO Bloodline LTD which has registered business address at 2nd Floor 156 Lower Clapton Road, London E5 0QJ, in respect of the purchase and booking of classes at Bloodline Gym and your participation.

​Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions fully. 

 1.     BOOKINGS & MEMBERSHIP/PACKAGES

Payment for classes is made in full at the time of booking through the online booking system or at the Gym.  All bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been made.

In the event that you purchase membership or a package of classes that are time restricted and you are unable to attend classes due to medical reasons, you will need to provide us with a note from a medical professional confirming that you are unable to carry out physical activities needed to participate in our studio classes. In such circumstances your membership will be frozen or package will be extended by up to a maximum of 3 months. In extreme circumstances we may at our sole discretion offer a part of full refund on your Membership.

 2.     MISSED CLASSES

In the event that you are unable to attend a class you booked and you need to cancel your booking, you will need to do so online using your login details. In the unlikely event that you are unable to access the online booking system, you may cancel your booking by email us directly at admin@bloodlinegym.com

 3.     REFUNDS

a.If you cancel your booking 12 hours before the class, you will be able to rebook for another class with in 30 days .No refund will be given.

b.No refund will be given for a cancellation received in less then 12 hours before class. 

c.In the unlikely circumstance of a class cancellation we regret that we will not be able to refund any other costs incurred such as travel. The above applies for the "free class" voucher bookings.

d. No refund will be given for purchased memberships, class packs or single classes.

e. Monthly standing order can be canceled with at least 30 days notice from the day of your renewal.

Please note if you email with less then 30 days you will required to pay the next instalment before we can cancel your standing order.

f.  Monthly members are allowed to pause their membership only once every six months, with a maximum pause duration of one month.

5. Credit Expiry:

a. Purchased credits have varying expiration periods based on the number of credits:

- 5 Credits: These credits will expire if not used within 2 months from the date of purchase.

- 10 Credits: These credits will expire if not used within 4 months from the date of purchase.

- 20 Credits: These credits will expire if not used within 8 months from the date of purchase.

b. It is the responsibility of the credit holder to use their credits before they expire, and expired credits will not be refunded or extended.
